        I think his move is like Reberta tho... it goes against Def instead of SPR. If it went against SPR then Seifer would have some DV value on mage stages... smh.

        Well, the average is (mathematically, you still get luck involved, the cruel bitch) 1 rare every 3 runs. So you just got lucky twice. Honestly though, anything less than about 30-40 runs is too small a sample to tell anything useful.
