Malboro family you'll need a decent tank and buffer, Calcabrina you can do it easily with 2 Mag chainers and 2 atk chainers in your team (OTKO each phase), but you need to have the units (there are several that can do the job though).
Omega is not that hard if you burst it, Esther can just annihilate it crazy easily.

Dark Espers 2, don't know, as I'm still working on this one (Meaning that I'm too lazy to make a team).

Beasts of the Dark II or Scorn of the Beasts of the Dark?

If you're talking about the former, I've beaten it. They hit HARD. You'll need a really tanky team and kill both as fast as possible, preferably on the same turn...good thing Esther does the trick!

Hmmmm... My Esther is only 6*. Wondering if I really should pull a dupe of her after all. I have 19 (soon to be 20) UoC tickets ATM. I do have 7* Zeno and 7* Akstar, so I'm not sure if it would really work.

You don't need her at all. Zeno can do it too, but he doesn't have the innate machine killers so you have to be ready to spend some turns in the fight.
