"Taken in by Leon's family at a very young age. Firion was raised as a brother to Leon and Maria. After losing his adoptive parents when the empire invades the kingdom of Fynn, Firion decides to join the rebels to exact vengeance upon the empire." —Final Fantasy II 20th Anniversary Instruction Manual. generalinformation Courtesy of the FFBraveExvius Reddit Wiki STATS AFFINITIES SPELLS ABILITIES unitoverview FIRION IS THE UNCROWNED KING OF DRAINS. The Final Fantasy 2 protagonist arrives at Brave Exvius with a plethora of HP and MP drain skills coming out of both his high ATK stat and his respectable INT stat. But more importantly, he has the markings of a respectable and versatile physical attacker that is worthy of consideration during team building. Firion has moderate to high stats across the board, with his Attack of 102 (higher than Bartz's, for example) and his HP of 2721 (only slightly lower than Cecil's) being the highlights. However, his Defense, Intelligence and Spirit stats are also very respectable. Coupled with the very good selection of equipment Firion has available, this makes Firion a very versatile character from a statistical standpoint. The variety of drain skills available to Firion is very likely the first thing one will notice when looking at his skillset. He has skills that allow him to drain HP and MP based on both his ATK and INT stats, which allow to drain consistently from most enemies he faces. This increases his sustainability considerably and can keep him going for a while even in critical situations. Other than his drains, Firion has access to Paralysis in the form of Blade Bash, a strong physical nuke in Blade Blitz and a Heal Over Time in the form of Regen, helping cement his usefulness as a versatile physical attacker. While Firion has to live in the shadows of the likes of Bartz and Cloud of Darkness as a physical threat in the current metagame, he still can do a respectable job filling the role of a bulky attacker. Firion's Trust Master reward (Equip Heavy Armor) has limited usefulness in comparison with some of the other rewards available, but can still be useful situationally.
