    HP: A unit's health value (unit will be KO'd when this value reaches 0)
    TP: Required to perform various abilities
    AP: Required to perform various abilities, including Limit Bursts
    ATK: Mainly affects the strength of physical attacks
    MAG: Mainly affects the strength of magic attacks
    AGI: Mainly affects the unit's Evasion Rate and how quickly its CT accumulates. Decreases the hit rate by about 0.5% per AGI point that Target has. For each Cycle, the game takes 10% of the AGI stat of each character in the battle and adds that to their CT.
    DEX: Mainly affects a unit's Accuracy and Critical Hit Rate. Increases the hit rate by about 0.25 ~ 0.33% per DEX point. ALSO affects damage to gunner's regular attack and skills. (may also affect bow?)
    Bravery: Affects how often reaction abilities will activate when taking physical damage
    Faith: Affects how often reaction abilities will activate when taking magical damage
    Luck: Mainly affects Accuracy and Evasion. 2.5 luck = 1% dodge, 1% hit
    DEF: Mainly has an effect on defense from physical attacks
    SPR: Mainly has an effect on defense from magical attacks
    Move: Dictates how many tiles a unit can move.
    Jump: Dictates how far a unit can go up or down.
    Critical: Mainly affects the unit's ability to deal and evade Critical Hits
    CT: Charge Time.
    Haste: Increases the accumulation of CT by 1.5x.
    Hate: Passive provoke. Dictates how often an enemy will attack a unit.
    TP: Required to activate different abilities in battle. TP does not refill as you attack.
    AP: Required to perform different abilities and Limit Bursts in battle. AP refills as you attack. Attacking from the side or from behind, hitting an enemy's weak points, getting a Critical Hit, or knocking out an enemy will gain you more AP.
    Picking up Crystals during battle can also replenish AP.
    JP: Job Points. Required to enhance and unlock unit abilities.
    SP: Skill Points. Required to enhance and unlock an esper's abilities.

    [​IMG]: Poison: Gradually decrease's unit's HP per at the end of the unit's turn.
    [​IMG] Blind: It decreases the accuracy and chance to hit.
    [​IMG] Sleep: Unable to act at all.
    [​IMG] Silence: Unable to cast spells.
    [​IMG] Immobilize: Unable to move at all; can still cast skills and spells.

    [​IMG] Confuse: Forces unit to attack allied teammates.

    [​IMG] Petrify: Completely turns a unit to stone. Cannot move or act.

    [​IMG] Toad: Cannot cast spells, skills, and stats reduced to base.

    [​IMG] Charm: Forces unit to attack allied teammates; curable by Erase.

    [​IMG] Stop: Cannot move or take an action. Curable by Erase.

    [​IMG] Slow: CT cuts down by 50%.

    [​IMG] Doom: Puts a curse and gives the unit a certain number of turn count until they are immediately KO'd.

    Damage against Your Unit:
    Raw damage x (100 - [ Defense/Spirit x ( 100 - Penetration)% ] )% x (100 - Elemental Resistance)% x (100 - Attack Type Resistance)% x (100 - Single/AoE Resistance)%= Final Damage

    Physical Damage Formula

    ATK x Main Multiplier x Damage Type Multiplier x Element Multiplier x DEF Multiplier x Brave Multiplier x Unit Element Weakness/Strongness

    Magic Damage Formula

    MAG x Main Multiplier x Damage Type Multiplier x Element Multiplier x SPR Multiplier x Faith Multiplier x Unit Element Weakness/Strongness

    Healing Formula:

    (User's MAG + equipment MAG) x Skill Multiplier x Faith Multiplier

    Note:

    Some healing skills like Chakra are tagged as Physical, but the atk stat has NOTHING to do with the formula used (which is more likely dependant of the effect_type or the calc). So far ALL heals use the Magical damage formula.

    ・Because so far no heal skill has bonus stats (so it uses only MAG), they are always Element Neutral and never have a Damage Type (so resistances or bonus like Magic Atk Up has no effect), also as they're not an attack they're not affected by SPR.

    BRV Multiplier

    (0.50 + attacker’s Brave) / 100

    Faith Multiplier

    (Caster’s Faith + Target Faith) /4

    Status Effect Formula

    [(User Faith + Target Faith) * Skill Multiplier] - (Resistance * 2)

    NOTE: This is only mentioned on the JP side. None of the GL sources or even on Youtube currently mentions this at all. This formula is to be used for moves like Bio, Steal Heart, or the like with a percentage.

    AP Gain
    All Mages EXCEPT Red Mage: 75% (+ additional from the Starting AP Up passive)
    Red Mage: 50% (+ additional from the Starting AP Up passive)
    All other Jobs: 18% (+ additional from the Starting AP Up passive)
    AP Gains

    Action AP Gained

    Use a TP-costing ability:
    50% of what was used
    Landing a normal attack on target from Front: 8
    Landing a normal attack on target from Sides: 14
    Landing a normal attack on target from Back: 20
    Killing target(s) In addition to the above: +4 per target killed
    Critical Hit In addition to the above: +4

    whats is Charm effect? Im asking becuase i cant find any info on the stat effect of charm.

    theres a vision card called fleeting tranquility says charm resistance +3

    Charm is a skill that Thieves, and other jobs have. Makes the enemy attack for you by going after their own team, or they will protect the person who charmed them. Not sure 100% yet as I'm not level 30 yet. But that's how it's been in almost every game.
